Our story began 16 years ago when Denny Frecker stepped into the mortgage industry. Driven by a relentless work ethic and a commitment to doing things the right way, Denny quickly rose through the ranks to become a Branch Manager before opening his own branch office.

That entrepreneurial spirit and dedication naturally became a family tradition:

• Jake Frecker entered the business in 2015 as an Assistant Loan Originator. Following his father’s guidance and work ethic, Jake quickly transitioned to a full-time Loan Originator in less than two years, scaling his production to close millions in annual loan volume.
• Keegan Frecker followed a similar path, starting his career in 2018 as a Loan Officer Assistant before stepping up as a full-time Loan Officer in 2022.

Together, Denny, Jake, and Keegan have built a powerhouse team representing over $50 Million in annual loan volume. But more important than the volume numbers are the relationships behind them. Being completely transparent about the mortgage process, outlining all costs upfront, and treating every client like family has allowed the Freckers to build an unmatched community reputation across Hendricks County and beyond.

The Freckers don’t just lend in Central Indiana, they live here, raise their families here, and are deeply invested in the community fabric. Both Jake and Keegan attended local Hendricks County schools, grounding their community ties in everyday neighborhood life. Jake is a 2014 graduate of Tri-West Hendricks High School where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball and Varsity Football teams. Keegan is a 2019 graduate of Tri-West Hendricks High School and was a member of the Football and Track & Field teams.
